新修订的《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》将于3月15日起施行。国家林草局自然保护地管理司相关负责人表示，条例将全面推进以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设的决策部署转化为制度规范；统筹高质量发展和高水平保护，科学合理优化完善自然保护区保护管理制度；做好与国家公园法等有关法律、行政法规的协调衔接，形成制度合力。
